This new Caribbean tour operator needed to establish itself in the travel trade market. To compete in this industry, we positioned them as true experts to the Caribbean and launched a marketing program that included a color brochure, a trade campaign offering a booking incentive, and various collateral material. It worked — within six months Ambiance’s bookings and sales surpassed their projected goals.
